About
Throughout my life, I always had a deep passion for storytelling and creating. It seems I am always on the hunt for a new adventure, seeking inspiration wherever I go. My love for telling stories is what led me to pursue art and set design.
My theatrical journey began at California State University, Northridge where I got my BFA in Theatre with an emphasis in production design. During my time there, I was mentored by numerous set designers, serving as their assistant for productions.
I formally believe that set design goes beyond a decorative and structural form, acting as an immersive experience for both performer and audience member. As a set designer, it is my responsibility to transcend actors and viewers into the world of the play. As a result, collaboration, research, creativity, and attention to detail serve as the foundation for any production I am designing for. Whether Iām painting behind a canvas, or hovering over a drafting table, it is the art of storytelling that serves as my sole purpose.
Now more than ever is the time to create and share experiences, so lets tell a story together!
